Arctur: A Workplace Like No Other

Let’s dive into the reasons and symptoms of Arctur’s unconventionality.

In 2024 Arctur did short anonymous research on reasons why the Arcturians stay with Arctur. The results showed that the top four reasons (of 11 possible answers) were:

1.      Personal and career growth.

2.      There is no other team, such as Arctur.

3.      Diversity of projects.

4.      My opinion matters and I have my autonomy.

However, the ability to test state of the art technologies is based on strong fundamental knowledge and methodologies.”

“Project management is our basic business process and as such allows us to be agile in organizational structure as well. For example, Arctur’s CEO is frequently a part of projects as a tech-expert and follows project manager’s guidelines.”
