Use Case
Kostanjevica na Krki monastery, established in 1234, has over the years undergone several stylistic transformations. In its current state, it is most notable for the monastery’s Baroque architectural features, twin Baroque towers and the frescoed façade of the old monastery’s Gothic church. Consequently, it presents several challenges for detailed 3D digitisation.
Combining photogrammetry with 21.606 aerial and ground photos and laser scanning of arcade courtyard, as well as georeferenced data, Arctur has created a detailed 3D model with 118.017.457 polygons and +/-12 mm accuracy.
