CRP FRI DataAct

Development of a model of indicators for measuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the Data act in data spaces

CRP FRI DataAct is a research project developing a methodology to assess knowledge and implementation maturity of the Data Act in Slovenian organisations. Using a multi-criteria model, it will provide transparent assessments for organisations and help track the current state to guide decision-making for regulation promotion. The methodology will be deployed via a custom web-based digital tool enabling organisations to self-assess their Data Act readiness, and receive feedback automatically. Educational seminars will also be held to raise awareness and address implementation challenges, focusing on technical support and compliance with the Data Act.

Arctur's role

ARCTUR will contribute to the project with leading the setup process of the web-based software to assess the level of knowledge about the Data Act and maturity of the implementation of the Data Act in Slovenian organisations.
