MEDS Academy offers webinars and hands-on projects in smart destination management and sustainable tourism.
The MEDS Academy kicked off with an opening session webinar, introducing all program activities to enrolled participants.
The academy includes four webinars:
The role of innovative tools and data analytics in sustainable tourism planning - the Tourism 4.0 experience
Marketing and promotion of SMART destinations - increasing efficiency with AI-assistants
Smart Destination Management: Strategies for Sustainable Tourism Growth
Digital interpretation of cultural heritage
In these webinars, expert lecturers will explain the subjects using case studies and answer participants' questions. Additionally, participants will have access to microlearning materials to deepen their knowledge and enhance their skills.
Following the webinars, the academy will feature project work called Budding MEDS, where participants will engage in a hands-on learning experience to develop their own projects.
