NOPSI

NOPSI is a research project that integrally addresses the issue of organisational maturity of public organisations to open public sector data (PSD) and pursues 3 objectives: a systematic and integrated analysis of the normative framework of PSD, the development of a digital interactive tool and the development of a systematic framework for the custodianship of PSD as a key factor to foster investment in organisational maturity at the level of individual organisations.

Arctur's role

Arctur's role is to prepare a tool to assess maturity of public institution to open their data.
