Talent Harvest: Rural Intangible Heritage and Value Empowerment

THRIVE aims to attract and retain talent in rural areas through culture and creativity, aligning with the Creative Europe programme's Innovation objective. By leveraging expertise from five EU organizations, it enhances rural appeal by preserving endangered ICH. A pilot in Bergamo enables testing a multidisciplinary model for replication across the EU, fostering cooperation, innovation, and sustainability.
Arctur's role
ARCTUR is the technological partner. It will help do develop an online platform which will feature the mapped intangible cultural heritage and highlight the talents from the pilot region, Bergamo. It will develop an online participatory tool for mapping of ICH.
